Gluten-free flour, obtained by grinding rice from safe supply chains from contamination and retains all its properties; beneficial: the high nutritional value, thanks to the balanced content of noble proteins, vitamins and mineral salts; high digestibility; and the rebalancing function of gastric and intestinal functions. The very fine consistency makes it ideal for the preparation of baked goods such as cakes, bread and derivatives.
