Inspired by the traditional Tuscan recipe, Cantucci with chocolate combine the fragrance of I mix the gluttony À typical of chocolate. Excellent as a base for exquisite desserts, if accompanied by whipped cream or custard, or as a biscuit at the end of a meal, if combined with the classic Tuscan vin santo. Rice flour, sugar, 13% chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter; emulsifier: lecithin sunflower; natural vanilla flavoring), water, corn starch, powdered egg, 2.9% fortified wine, lupine proteins; thickeners: guar gum; leavening agent: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; flavorings, salt.
