Ingredients
Maltodextrins, fructose, dextrose, L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine; acidifier: citric acid; aroma, L-alanine, glycine, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, magnesium citrate, magnesium carbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); colouring: beta-carotene; sunflower lecithin, flavourings, zinc gluconate, ferrous fumarate, lactase 0.05%.

How to use
One sachet twice a day, dissolving the contents of one sachet in 250 ml of water.
