Nutri Ride pre workout is a mixture designed to provide energy during training. Provides a substantial amount of carbohydrates derived from maltodextrins, Vitargo and oat flour, plus a protein portion from hydrolyzed whey proteins. Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid precursor of nitric oxide, the latter promotes vasodilation and, therefore, better blood circulation to the muscles. Glucosamine* is involved in the metabolism of glycoproteins fundamental for connective tissue, playing an important role in the structure of cartilage and therefore of joints.

Maltodextrin 44%, oat flour 35%, hydrolysed milk whey proteins 11%, Vitargo (amylopectin from >barley) 5%, L-arginine, low-fat cocoa powder, L-glucosamine, flavouring; sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides (extracted from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves); L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Mode instructions for use Dissolve 100 g of product in 150-200 ml of water and shake. Take at least 90 minutes before activity.
