Food â€“ specific for oral intake, but can also be used for massages, daily hygiene and cosmetics, for home care and environmental fragrance. This includes food supplements which are recognized as having a balancing action on the body's physiological processes and food flavourings, suitable for embellishing foods and drinks.

Non Food  - indicated as air fresheners, ideal for the diffusion of fragrances, which must not be taken orally or by inhalation, requiring a certain attention for skin use (massage, cosmetics, hygiene).

Ingredients
Nutmeg essential oil (Myristica fragrans Houtt.) seeds.

How to use
1 or 2 drops equal to 0.03 - 0.06 ml of nutmeg essential oil are sufficient to flavor 100 g of food.

Warnings
concentrated product, do not take as is and avoid contact with eyes, skin and mucous membranes.
