& lt; h1 & gt; Novox Gel Dressing Disposable Syringe & lt; / h1 & gt; Medical device for the treatment of ulcerative or traumatic lesions of the skin that facilitates the healing process by creating a microenvironment favorable to the activation of the microcirculation and at the same time unfavorable to the proliferation of pathogens, also exerting a film-forming, protective and barrier. & lt; br & gt; NOVOX comes in the form of an oily gel, contained in a single-dose syringe with a sealed cap, inserted in a hermetically sealed and indelibly labeled polylaminate wrapper. & Lt; br & gt; NOVOX, under medical supervision, can be used for the treatment of: & lt; br & gt; - traumatic wounds (e.g. abrasions and lacerations); & lt; br & gt; - superficial, medium and deep burns; & lt; br & gt; - vascular and pressure ulcers; & lt; br & gt; - fistulas and wounds not healed by surgical operations. & lt; br & gt; & lt; br & gt; & lt; b & gt; Modality À of use & lt; / b & gt; & lt; br & gt; The use of NOVOX is primarily aimed at healthcare professionals with dressing skills. The use pu Ò be extended to people without specific skills, with simple training and periodic supervision by health personnel. & lt; br & gt; & lt; br & gt; Before applying the device, wash and disinfect your hands thoroughly: preferably wear disposable gloves to handle the device. & Lt; br & gt; The NOVOX medical device can Ò be used alone or in conjunction with non-adherent secondary dressings, or other dressings in the judgment of the physician. & lt; br & gt; Any infection of the lesion does not constitute a contraindication to the use of the NOVOX device. & Lt; br & gt; For skin lesions, wounds, sores and ulcers: & lt; br & gt; - Before applying the device, clean the wound area with physiological solution, sterile water or other appropriate solution. & lt; br & gt; - immediately before using the device, remove the cap from the syringe by pulling firmly and making a slight rotation to facilitate the release of the cap; & lt; br & gt; - apply the device to the lesion until a uniform thickness of a few millimeters (2-4 mm) is obtained, preferably making it extend beyond the lesion area; & lt; br & gt; - cover with a non-adherent secondary dressing able to maintain humidity. In the case of particularly exuding wounds it is recommended to cover the NOVOX layer with an absorbent dressing; & lt; br & gt; - remove the device by irrigating with saline when clinically indicated (e.g. leaking fluid, excessive bleeding, suspected infection, etc.).
