Nova 1947 Enema 18% / 8% Sodium Phosphate Enema Adults

Short-term treatment, indicated in case of occasional constipation.
Can be used in preparation for rectal examination.
Do not use for other purposes.
Moves and lubricates the fecal mass and facilitates its expulsion.

Instructions for use
For rectal use.
Adults and adolescents (12-18 years): 1 bottle of 120 ml
Do not use more than one bottle per day.
Administration can be carried out at room temperature.
If preferred lukewarm, put the bottle in contact with hot water (do not heat the solution abruptly).
After screwing the cannula onto the bottle, gently introduce it into the rectum, then press the bottle fully.
A residue of solution is expected to remain in the bottle.
At the end of the administration, remove the container keeping it pressed and discard it according to the medicine disposal rules.

Side effects
In particularly sensitive patients or in cases of previously inflamed mucosa, irritation of the rectal mucosa may be encountered.
Isolated cramping pains or abdominal colic with diarrhea, rectal irritation; alteration of the electrolyte balance and calcification of the tissues may rarely occur.

Excipients:
