NoDol Thermal Gel

The bag, containing thermal gel, is reusable and can be be applied to the skin for different purposes.
&` useful for combating lumbago, rheumatism, hypothermia, if used hot (heated in hot water or in a microwave oven and wrapped in a cloth).
It can be used in case of bruises, sprains, traumas, hyperthermia, if applied cold (after having placed it in the freezer and wrapped in a cloth).
Mode instructions for use
HOT WATER
Immerse in boiling water for max 5 minutes. Remove, dry, wrap the bag with a cloth and apply to the affected area.
MICROWAVE OVEN
Place the bag in the oven for max 1 minute, setting the oven to 650 Watts. Remove, wrap the bag with a cloth and apply to the affected area.
FREEZER
Place in the freezer for at least 1.30/2 hours. Remove from the freezer, wrap the bag with a cloth and apply to the affected area.
