HOW TO USE
Recommendations for use: the beneficial effect is obtained with daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet. Approximately 100 g of product constitute a portion which provides 1 g of glucomannan.
Preparation:
1) rinse 2-3 times under cold water.
2) cook in an open pan for 1 -2 minutes or in the microwave for 1 minute.
3) Add a sauce of your choice and sauté in the pan. Remember that a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
