HOW TO USE
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet. 33 g of product constitute a portion that provides 1 g of glucomannan.

Preparation:
1 ) empty the water from the package
2) rinse 2-3 times under running water
3) heat in a pan for 2-3 minutes, without a lid, or in the microwave for 1 minute
4) stir-fry with a seasoning of your choice, or consume in a soup or salad.
