Ingredients
Maltodextrin; creatine monohydrate; acidifier: citric acid; L-arginine; aroma. potassium phosphate; magnesium L-aspartate; potassium DL-aspartate; L-carnitine tartrate; magnesium oxide; sweeteners: aspartame; sodium saccharin; ascolrbic acid; L-glutathione; iron phosphate. yeast with guaranteed selenium content; dye: beta carotene; vitamin and acetate; pyroxidine hydrochloride; thiamine hydrochloride; cyanocobalamin; folic acid.

Methods à for use
One sachet is recommended twice a day. Dissolve the contents of a sachet in a glass (180 cc) of water.

Warnings
