Thanks to the innovative texture with a very high concentration of pure and fluorescent pigments, the color is intense, super vibrant with a fluorescent effect and a luminous-brilliant finish.
The "fan brush" applicator - with a flat fan shape and 300 cut bristles rounded - guarantees easy, smooth application and uniform and controlled color release.
The absolute black pack highlights the colors with super bright maxi labels.

Does not contain: toluene, formaldehyde, DBP (dibutyl phthalate) and camphor.

Composition
Innovative formula with a high concentration of Pure and Fluo Pigments for a full, intense and vibrant color.
The Gelling Agents make the color perfectly homogeneous while the mix of latest generation Polymers guarantees a super bright finish . 
The special Resins and Film-forming Agents give adhesiveness and resistance to the nail polish.
The blend of Volatile Agents allows excellent application and rapid drying of the nail polish.

How to use
Before applying the nail polish, always use a specific Pupa base to protect the nail and increase the hold of the nail polish.
Apply Neon Party in 2 coats, allowing it to dry perfectly between one coat and the other.
To increase the durability of the nail polish, spread the color also on the final edge of the nail.
Perfect if worn alone and surprising if used to create a mix and match manicure.
