Nebial 3% Hypertonic Solution Kit Hyaluronic Acid + Spray-sol For Nebulization

Hypertonic Solution with Hyaluronic acid and spray-sol for the nebulization of solutions.
Assembled (KIT) containing 4 medical devices bearing the CE marking (nebial 3% vials, spray-sol nebulizer, needle cannula and Luer-Lock syringe).
The 3% saline solution, contained in the Nebial 3% KIT vials, has a decongestant action on the nasal mucous membranes as well as a fluidifying effect on the mucus; It is recommended for daily cleaning of the nasal cavities, especially in case of colds, rhinitis, sinusitis and in all situations of congestion of the nasal mucosa. The hyaluronic acid contained in Nebial 3% vials favors the humidification of the nasal cavities and makes the saline solution more pleasant.
Nebial 3% KIT allows the nebulization of the hypertonic solution of Nebial 3% vials, using the spray medical device- sol (patent under exclusive license by Steve Jones srl).
The 3% hypertonic saline solution, with the addition of hyaluronic acid, contained in the vials of Nebial 3% KIT, has a decongestant action on the nasal mucosa and has a fluidifying effect on mucus.
Helps drainage of secretions and is therefore useful for maintaining cleansing of the nasal passages especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis and sinusitis.
Spray-sol, is a specifically designed medical device to carry out topical treatments of the nasal and sinus cavities and allows the rapid administration of the solutions by nebulization in particles of size between 10 and 20 microns, suitable for the treatment tament of the upper airways. Thanks to its specially designed shape, it fits ergonomically to the child's nostril, but can also be used by adults.

How to use
To use Nebial 3% KIT correctly is necessary:
- Detach a single-dose vial and warm it in your hands before administering the solution;
- open the vial by turning the cap, connect it to the syringe included in the package and draw up the solution to be nebulize;
- screw the syringe, filled with the solution, to the special spray-sol nozzle;
- in infants and small children (under 3 years and in any case depending on the level of collaboration) it is necessary perform the wash in a lying position on your side, keeping your head tilted to one side and gently inserting spray-sol into the upper nostril. Push vigorously on the plunger of the syringe to nebulize the solution;
- in older children and adults, hold the torso forward with the head slightly tilted to one side and insert spray-sol into the upper nostril. Push on the piston of the syringe to nebulize the solution;
- repeat the same operations for the other nostril, trying to divide the solution contained in the syringe equally between the two nostrils, during the treatment the nebulized solution may drip from the nose;
- after each use, place the spray-sol nebulizer, syringe, cannula needle and syringe-cover elephant in the special container, after having thoroughly washed and dried them.
It is advisable to respect the following frequency of use:
- Infants: instill a few drops in each nostril, several times a day, usually before feeding or before sleeping.
- Children and Adults: 1-3 washes per nostril, 2-3 times a day.

Components
Sodium chloride, sodium hyaluronate, dibasic potassium phosphate, monobasic potassium phosphate, water.
Contains no preservatives.
Allergens ( gluten, milk or lacto-derivatives, others).

Warnings
- Nebial 3% solution is not injectable.
- Use the product exclusively for its intended use.
- In children under 6 years of age and in in case of concomitant drug therapy, use on medical advice.
- In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and contact your doctor.
- Do not use in case of known incompatibility or allergy to any component of the preparation.

- The use of Nebial 3% vials is not recommended in case of lesions and abrasions of the nasal mucosa or predisposition to nasal bleeding.
- In case of using the aerosol solution, it is recommended to follow the instructions of the device.
- After use, close the vial immediately. Do not use in case of damaged container.
- Before each use, check that the syringe, spray-sol and needle cannula devices are not damaged; if they are damaged, do not use them for nebulization.
- Use the spray-sol nebulizer as long as the mechanical integrity and the ability to nebulize the solution are maintained. It is advisable not to use spray-sol and syringe beyond 6 months from the first use.
- The use of spray-sol by children or non self-sufficient people must be under the supervision of an adult who has read these instructions for use. spray-sol is intended for use by one patient only, but can be used multiple times. It is therefore very important to clean thoroughly after each use to ensure optimal functioning and to ensure its durability. Wash spray-sol under lukewarm running water, with the possible addition of a drop of neutral soap (non-abrasive). Before storing it, dry the spray-sol with a soft cloth.
- Wash the syringe, needle-cannula and elephant-cover syringe under running water and make sure that all components are completely dry before placing them in the customizable container.
- Do not use a good spray-sol under 3 months of age.
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Hypertonic solutions, especially in young children, can cause modest discomfort at the first applications with sensation of auricular muffling and burning of the nasal mucosa, and, rarely, epistaxis. Symptoms that regress once the therapy is suspended.
The product showed only one undesirable effect of little relevance, described as a cough and a slight nasal burning sensation.
The tests carried out on the product to date have not shown any phenomena of sensitization.
The substances contained in Nebial 3% are of proven safety and allow even repeated use.
