Neavita Herbs and Herbal Tea Horsetail Leaves

How to use
(the ideal amount is 1 teaspoon in 200ml of water).

Infusion: Pour boiling water over the previously prepared medicinal plants. Cover in order not to disperse the volatile properties and leave to rest for 8-10 minutes or according to the instructions of the specialist. Filter with a sieve and squeeze the residue of the herbs to obtain the maximum fragrance.

Decoction: Place the medicinal plants in a container with cold water. Bring to a boil and boil for about 5-10 minutes, as instructed by the specialist. Leave to rest and then filter.

Light Decoction:   same preparation as the decoction, but at the moment of boiling turn off immediately and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes, then filter.
