Characteristics
Ribes Ultra Horse Dermatological Shampoo-Conditioner respects the skin physiology, thanks to its delicate cleansing base and pH 6, 5.
The innovative feature of this product is; constituted by Ceramides, fundamental in maintaining the cohesion of the skin barrier (Mason and Lloyd, 1993).
Ceramides are the most; simple type of sphingolipids and are divided into 9 classes, different both for the nature of the sphingosines and for the chain of fatty acids.
Ceramide 1, which is; composed of linoleic acid, it is; the most; important present in the stratum corneum of both humans, dogs and horses.
Its objective is; that of maintaining the health and beauty of the skin and coat, particularly when the coat is; weak and lacking in vigor.

Active Ingredients
Ceramides 1 and 6II   help keep in good condition the skin barrier, to prevent the percutaneous absorption of allergens, to restore skin hydration, to counteract bacterial colonization of the epidermis and promote the cohesion of the cuticular cells of the hair
Phytosphingosine   promotes endogenous synthesis of ceramides.
Omega 3 and Omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids   (Linoleic Acid and Gamma Linolenic Acid) of blackcurrant oil, in synergy with ceramides, are useful for restoring and maintaining integrity; barrier of the stratum corneum.
l ’ β -glycyrrhetic acid , thanks to its eutrophic action, promotes physiological skin repair processes.
l ’ Octopirox   has an important action against bacteria, fungi and yeasts, with a lower dosage than that of traditional preparations: this helps; to restore the skin's natural microbial balance, without irritating.
Vegetable Proteins   protect and give softness and brightness; to the coat.

Delicate cleansing base, Complex of selected Ceramides, Menthol, Black Currant Oil (Omega-3 and Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids) , 18 b-Glycyrrhetic Acid, Octopirox, Vegetable Proteins, Vitamin E.

Mode; of use
Apply, once, the product on the coat previously wet with water.
Massage delicately and evenly.
Leave on for five minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
We recommend one or more; applications per week, according to the veterinarian's instructions.
