Ingredients
Magnesium salts of citric acid, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), magnesium lactate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium malate, magnesium salts of orthophosphoric acid, magnesium carbonate, cholecalciferol

How to use
1 capsule 3 times a day.
Take preferably at least 15 minutes before or after meals with 250 ml warm natural water or, alternatively, with half a lemon just squeezed.
