Multivitamin and multimineral food supplement, contains Quatrefolic 5-MTHF, the active form of folic acid.

Mode; of use
1 capsule per day, at any time of the day.

Ingredients
Omega 3 equal to 240 mg per capsule , divided into 200 mg of DHA and 40 mg of EPA; folate, B vitamins, vitamin D, iron, iodine, zinc.
The product contains fish.
