Whey protein de l milk isolate (Isolac instant by Carbery) (contain emulsifier: soy lecithin), NAMED 4PROTEIN MATRIX [bovine colostrum (from milk), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seed, mixture of proteases *)] tit. 2% in total steroid saponins and 0.04% in diosgenin, coffee powder, flavorings; sweetener: sucralose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).

How to use
25 g per day (2 full scoops) dissolved in 200-250 ml of water, milk or other liquid to be taken preferably between meals.
