Directions for use
8,5g (one sachet) in 250 ml to be taken once a day.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate (Creapure ®), L- citrulline DL-malate, potassium citrate, thickener: isomalt; medium chain triglycerides in powder (contains milk derivatives), beta - alanine, taurine, acidifier: citric acid; magnesium citrate, L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality ®), sodium citrate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; natural flavoring, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), colors: beetroot red, carotenes; sweetener: sucralose; ferrous gluconate, zinc gluconate, nicotinamide (niacin), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).
