The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucans from oats and oat bran.
A portion of 50 g of oat cakes (11 cakes) provides about 1 , 5 beta-glucans.

Whole wheat flour Oats 66.3%, Oat bran 32.7%, Sea salt.
Produced in a factory that processes soy and sesame .
Intake of Beta-Glucans: 3.1 g per 100 g = 1.5 g per serving (50 g).
Warnings
In case of loss of crunchiness, heat the cakes in the oven for a few minutes.
