Methods à of use
Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (equivalent to 0.18 ml) on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or & frac14; sugar) . Do not use pure without support, n é mix with water. Equivalence: 1 ml = 33 drops.

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in children of age; less than 7 years old, in pregnant women (especially during the first 3 months) or breastfeeding, in people with a history of seizure disorders or epilepsy and in people allergic to essential oils. For people under medical treatment and for children, consult a health specialist. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
