Recommendations for Use
Start from the internal corner of the upper eyelid and follow the natural line of the eyelashes. If you want a shaded effect, blend the line using the applicator that is part of the pencil or the Pupa Precise Shading Eye Brush. Repeat the same thing along the lower eyelid. The shading works as a base for the eyeshadow: it helps to increase its hold and allows for even application. The pencil can can also be applied to the inside of the eyelid to create the kajal effect.
