Measurement of Triglyceride Levels

Test strips to be used to measure triglyceride levels in fresh capillary blood.  ;

SAMPLE: capillary blood. Minimum volume: 10 microl.
HEMATOCRIT RANGE: 30-50%
MEASUREMENT RANGE: 50-500 mg/dl (0.56-5.6 mmol/l)
SENSITIVITY. Minimum measurable value: 50 mg/dl
ACCURACY. The average error towards GPO (reference method) is <10%; y = 0.9814 x + 3.8374 is the linear regression line obtained.
PRECISION. Repeatability, the average inaccuracy is <5%; the average coefficient of variation = 4.66% was obtained from laboratory measurements.
Reproducibility, the maximum imprecision <5%; the average coefficient of variation = 4.62% was obtained from measurements carried out in the laboratory.
READING TIME: 20-50 seconds
TEMPERATURE FOR USE OF THE STRIPS: 10-40 °C
