Ingredients
Powdered : Brahmi [ Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell ] herba, Ashvagandha [ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal .] Radix, Mandukparni ( Centella asiatica L .) herba, Dharu ( Lavandula stoechas L .) flos, Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L .) rhizoma, Shatavari [ Asparagus racemosus (Willd.) Oberm .] radix, Jatamansi ( Nardostachys jatamansi DC .) radix, Long pepper ( Piper longum L .) fructus; stabilizer: gum arabic; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

Mode; of use
Take 2 tablets one hour before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product is not intended as substitute for a varied diet.
