Mon Bouillon Vegetable 115g

Gluten-free broth preparation, exclusively vegetable, with a harmonious and delicate flavour. The extra virgin olive oil completes and enriches its singular Mediterranean flavour.

Ingredients
Edible salt, yeast extract, sugar, dehydrated vegetables in prop. var. 6.1% (carrot, onion, celery, chard), extra virgin olive oil 5%, extract for vegetable broth; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; spices, natural flavouring.

May contain peanuts.

Gluten-free.

Nutritional characteristics

How to use
For broth: dissolve 5 g of product (1 teaspoon) in 250 ml of boiling water, and let it boil for 1-2 minutes to cook the vegetables (visible in small pieces).
As a condiment: add the product to partially or totally replace the salt when preparing the dishes.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place; do not remove the product with wet spoons. After opening, do not leave the product exposed to the air and preferably store it in the refrigerator.
Shelf life with intact packaging: 24 months.
