Miso Soup

Instant seaweed miso soup. Miso, being rich in free amino acids, completes the less rich proteins introduced with the diet and makes them more; usable. Important is; the large quantity; of enzymes that stimulate digestion, lactobacilli and yeasts present in this condiment. Introduced into the body through Miso soup, they facilitate the digestion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates present in food and create a healthy intestinal bacterial flora. This leads to a better assimilation of food and greater intestinal defenses.
