Ingredients
Alpha-lipoic acid; bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate and cellulose; banaba [Lagerstroemia speciosa (L) Pers., leaves] es tit. 1% ac. corosolic; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; coating agents: shellac, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, E171, polyethylene glycol, E172 (yellow iron oxide); chromium picolinate.

Without gluten and lactose .

Mode à of use
Take 1 tablet, a day, before the main meal. For its usefulness; in sports, can ò also be taken after exercise along with carbohydrates and proteins.
