Micellar casein (derived from milk) 95 .1%, low-fat cocoa powder, flavourings, sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides (extracted from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves); L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine HCl (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). The product may contain soy and egg.

It is recommended to take 3 scoops (30g) to dissolve in 250-300 ml of water or low-fat milk.
