Micellar caseinates have absorption times and slower digestibility than whey proteins, as there is a constant release of amino acids to the muscles.
The gradual absorption of micellar caseinates makes it a protein suitable to be taken in the evening before bed.
/> Micellar caseinates contain less than 0.1% lactose, this characteristic also makes them suitable for intolerant subjects.

Indications for use
Dissolve in 250 ml of water or low-fat milk.

Doses
2 and a half scoops of product (corresponding to 25 g).

Ingredients
micellar casein (derived from milk), flavourings, sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides (extracted from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves); L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). The product may contain soy and egg.
