Food supplement based on Senna, Carvi , Mint, Licorice and Mallow.

Mode à of use
We recommend the use of 1 teaspoon of powder kept in a short infusion, for two five minutes, in boiling water; then filter and drink the herbal tea as it is; prepared, which will result; slightly colored, preferably in the evening before going to bed.

Ingredients
Senna (Cassia sennaL.) leaves, Caraway (Carum carviL.) fruits, Mint (Mentha piperitaL .) leaves, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabraL.) root, Mallow (Malva sylvestrisL.) flowers.
