Modality à of use
The initial dose is of 1-2 teaspoon (about 20 grams) and can ò be gradually increased according to age; and the child's appetite, after consulting the pediatrician.
The Mellin pasta needs to cook for about 4 minutes, depending on the density; and the consistency preferred by the child.
Baby food : cook the pasta in water, drain it, adding at the beginning of weaning half à jar of homogenized vegetables and homogenized meat, and then gradually move to the entire jar, after hearing the opinion of the pediatrician. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Minestrine : directly cook the Mellin pasta in broth or vegetable soup. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Pastasciuttine : cook the Mellin pasta in water and drain well; from 8 & deg; month è It can be seasoned with a jar of Primo Sugo Mellin and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
