Method; of use
The initial dose of ChiccoRis is; 1 or 2 tablespoons (about 20 grams). This dose can; be increased according to age; and the child's appetite, after consulting the pediatrician.
Minestrine : bring to the boil 200-250 ml of cooking liquid (vegetable broth ) add 1 or 2 tablespoons of ChiccoRis Mellin and cook for 7 minutes.
Risottini : boil 2 or 3 tablespoons of ChiccoRis Mellin for 7 minutes in plenty of water. Drain and season with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil or with a jar of Homogenized Vegetable Mellin.
