Jet lag following a distant trip, a job that imposes staggered hours or the advancement of age can influence the regularity of the wake/sleep cycle.
This translates into difficulty falling asleep, nocturnal awakenings, short nights and drowsiness during the day.

Melatonin Plus Passiflora & Valeriana is a food supplement specifically designed to promote relaxation and sleep, thanks to plant extracts and help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and the effects of jet lag through Melatonin. 

Advice 'use
We recommend 1 capsule, per day, in the evening just before bedtime.
To reduce the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) root; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Passiflora extract (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb with flowers; microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin. 

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses.
