Ingredients
Water; stabilizer: glycerol; aqueous extracts (fructose, water, plant part 10%) of: hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Auct.) leaves, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root, griffonia [griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) baill.] seeds; antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid; aroma; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid; melatonin, sweet orange [Citrus sinensis (L.) osbeck] essential oil.

Methods; of use
It is recommended to take 30 drops equal to 1.07 ml in the evening just before going to bed.
