Hectic pace of life, jet lag following a distant trip, a job that imposes staggered or Advancing age can affect the regularity of the wake/sleep cycle.
This translates into difficulty falling asleep, nocturnal awakenings, short nights and drowsiness during the day.

The Vitarmonyl Laboratories have studied a new special formulation based on Melatonin in rapidly absorbed buccal tablets, to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and the effects of jet lag.

Recommendations for use
To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep: dissolve 1 tablet on the tongue just before going to bed.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin.
• To alleviate the effects of jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before going to bed, at least 0.5mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
