Ingredients

	for 1 tablet
Melatonin (0,63%)	1 mg
Adenosine	4,5 mg
Glycine	2,5 mg
Other ingredients: bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose); lactose; anti-caking agents (corn starch, magnesium stearate, silica).

Mode; of use
Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet half an hour before bedtime, to be swallowed with a little water.
