Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; Niacin, Melatonin, Escoltzia summit; fiorite es (Eschscholtzia californica) tit. 0.2% Protopin, Tryptophan.

Directions for use
1 tablet swallowed with a little ’ d ’ water in the evening, just before bedtime.
