Food supplement based on pure melatonin 1 mg enhanced with griffonia and valerian.

Ingredients
Valerian (valeriana officinalis l., radix) dry extract; sweetener: mannitol; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearin; griffonia (griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) baill., semen) dry extract; anti-caking agents: talc; silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; dye: titanium dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, shellac; melatonin.

Mode; of use
1 mini-tablet a day just before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can; have laxative effects.
