Directions for use
Take 2 sprays a day for 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.
It is advisable to shake the bottle before use to allow the homogeneity conditions to be restored; of the product.
Any deposit is; given by naturalness; of the product and does not affect its quality.
With constant use of the product (2 sprays / day, equal to 1 mg of Melatonin), it is; expected to run out in about 60 days.
