Ingredients
Milk thistle ( Silybum marianum L. Gaertn, fruit ) eg tit. 80% in silymarin; bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; maltodextrin, bergamot ( Citrus xx bergamine Risso &Poit ., fruit) es 1/4, berberine from Berberis aristata DC. ; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; zinc gluconate; L-selenomethionine, coenzyme Q10, chromium picolinate, pteroyl-monoglutamic acid (folic acid), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetatate.

Mode; of use
1 - 2 tablets per day to be taken with a glass of water or other suitable liquid.
