Mode of use
Cold therapy: keep in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from the freezer, insert the device into the appropriate TNT bag or wrap it in a cloth and apply it to the part to be treated. After 20/30 minutes the gel returns to room temperature.
Heat therapy: in a pan of suitable size, heat some water until boiling; turn off the heat and immerse the bearing for 5 minutes. Carefully extract with pliers or another suitable tool, dry with a cloth, insert into the appropriate bag found in the package and wrap the pad in a towel before applying it to the part to be treated, to avoid burns. Warnings
