Long Lasting Lip Pencil

The secret to defining the lip contour is the Color Elixir Lip Liner pencil which, thanks to its special texture it allows you to fill in the small lip lines making the lips more dense, perfect, smooth and full-bodied.
Solid but soft, this pencil perfectly defines the lips with a c Restructuring, highly pigmented and long-lasting oil.  
Used before lipstick, it is ideal for defining lips, increasing the hold and pigmentation of the lipstick and avoiding smudging in the labial folds.
Can also be used by alone thanks to its high blendability and buildable color.

How to use
Start from cupid's bow, creating an X; continue along the contours of the mouth.
Blend the color inwards, to even out all the lips.
Apply the desired lipstick: in the same shade as the lip pencil for a more discreet and rigorous look or in one color darker than the pencil, for a three-dimensional lip look or a â € œombre-lipsâ € effect.
