Ingredients
Valerian dry extract titrated ( Valeriana officinalis L. root); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; flavorings; dye: titanium dioxide.

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 1 to a maximum of 3 tablets up to 3 times during the day, with a glass of water. It is advisable to start taking the minimum dose and, if necessary, to increase it.
