How to use
It is advisable to take 1 to 6 gells a day during meals, with a glass of water, according to the desired benefit. The beneficial effect on cardiac function is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA (1 gel). The beneficial effect on maintaining normal brain function is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA (2 gellules). The beneficial effect on the maintenance of normal levels of triglycerides in the blood is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA (4 cells). The beneficial effect on maintaining normal blood pressure is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of EPA and DHA (6 gellules).
