Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; valerian dry extract titrated ( Valeriana officinalis L. roots, maltodextrins); anti-caking agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin; dye: iron oxides and iron hydroxides.

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, before going to bed.

With particular reference to the ingredient melatonin, it should be noted that: to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime, while to alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Store in a cool and dry place. The minimum conservation term refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened packaging.
