It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening before going to bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. To fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. >

Store in a cool and dry place. The minimum conservation term refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened packaging.
