DYNAMIC + é; a nebulizer with latest generation piston compressor (oil free pump) extremely robust and silent (ideal when the subject who has to do the therapy is; pediatric) which is suitable to meet the therapeutic needs of the whole family. And; suitable both for non-continuous use (acute diseases) and for continuous use (chronic diseases).

DYNAMIC + has an ampoule composed of high quality plastics; and equipped with a double speed system; of spray flow delivery (0.1ml to 0.2ml minute). This system adapts to the times available for therapy: maximum effectiveness (0.1 ml / minute) or maximum speed; (0.2 ml / minute).
Silent: 59.8 dB MMAD: 3.9 μ m In order to better evaluate the performance of DYNAMIC +, nebulization tests were carried out at the external BIOCHEM laboratory with the aim of defining the MMAD value with two of the more drugs; common in case of acute respiratory diseases: CLENIL (beclomethasone) and FLUIBRON (ambroxol).

• 2.5% NaF: MMAD = 3.9 micron DYNAMIC + has very interesting performances with both drugs tested as MMAD is; less than 5 microns and greater than 0.5 microns. The products are medical devices belonging to class IIa according to directive 93/42 / EEC.
