Description Mass Formula MCT Gainer Cocoa 1.36kg

Food supplement based on carbohydrates (maltodextrins, fructose) and high biological value proteins obtained from milk (ultrafiltered whey proteins). The mixture of macronutrients is balanced from a nutritional point of view and particularly balanced to be easily digested and assimilated.
The product was designed for those who have to face intense competitions or training, who must eat frequently or who want to add Extra Kcal in your diet, with the aim of increasing muscle mass.
Among the added ingredients we find creatine (increases power in alactic anaerobic exercise), glutamine (supports muscle protein anabolism; strengthens the immune system) and taurine (improvement of the excitability of the muscular and cardiac membranes, antioxidant action).
SPORT: indicated during periods of muscle growth to provide nutrients and Kcal.
DAILY LIFE: the product could be useful and appreciated in elderly subjects (advanced third age) with loss of appetite and/or chewing problems.

Maltodextrins, whey proteins >milk obtained by ultrafiltration (CFM) 26%, fructose, flavourings, creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality), medium chain triglycerides (MTC) (contains sodium caseinate), cocoa powder; acidity regulators: potassium hydroxide, potassium carbonate; taurine, calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (CaHMB), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), nicotinamide (niacin), DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) , riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

How to use
Use the product approximately 2 hours before training or competitions. It is recommended to dissolve 5 scoops of product (corresponding to 50 g) in 200 ml of water or low-fat milk, twice a day. Divide the intake during the day in relation to the activity carried out.
The intake of the product must be adequate to the number of calories required.
