It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops a day of o and to be diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). È it is possible to use it externally for relaxing massages by diluting it appropriately in an emollient base, or add a few drops in the aroma diffusers.
