Manic Panic Cleo Rose Classic High Voltage Semi-Permanent Hair Color 118ml

Cleo Rose is a magenta color, warm and brilliant. This color can add pink highlights to virgin hair (max. level 4), not bleached but for optimal results, we recommend  lighten your hair until you reach a level 8 blonde or a lighter blonde.
